I am an author and i think it's probably the last version of In-game Timecyc Editor. Everything works and it's compatible with CLEO3. Nothing more to add right now. Thank you guys for replies.

Open data\vehicles.ide to see GXT key used to store vehicle name:
405, sentinel, sentinel, car, SENTINEL, SENTINL, null, richfamily, 10, 0, 0, -1, 0.7, 0.7, 0
Read 6th parameter - SENTINL in the line above.

Version 1.5 is coming, but no visible improvement are going implemented. It`s caused by upcoming Car spawner 2.0 with sorting algorithm, handling of added vehicles, configurable .ini and much more that uses camera rotation too, so i implemented an opcode for that to use it in many projects.

Copy all files from put_to_root_of_GTASA to root of GTA SA, you probably copied one .cs file over.
BTW: There is In-game Timecyc Editor 1.3 already available on libertycity.ru

Новый гидра должны действовать как старый гидры 520
