в архиву skins.rar, находятся скины проекта, архив нужно разархивировать в папку modloader, но перед этим нужно поставить саму модификацию modloader.

Можно более подробную инструкцию? Не понял как сажать союзников в автомобиль, мне их принимать как членов банды, а потом с ними садиться или они сами залезают в тачку при нажатии G+N? Или это автоматический процесс, нажал, они появились и сели. А то я не понимаю, работает мод или нет, вроде маркер горит, а ничего не происходит...

When I click on the game icon, it opens and then an error causes found by Windows, I have all the necessary software and system requirements installed

Hey man, the problem with the white texture is the names.
Check the tff file and notice that the names of the head textures have block letters.
To resolve this, before installing the png texture, rename some of the textures with capital letters.
( An example, the name of one of the textures is «Eyes», however the texture file is saved as «eye» and has some letters that are wrong. )
Just repair that.
