I found out that "Starter Engine GTA 4" is the mod conflicting with "More Locked Cars" and "Alarm Touching Cars".
But the conflict only occurs if you touch some car with alarm and trigger it, and after that try to steal the car.
The problem affects the alarm beeping horn. During stealing animation the horn or totally stops or is constantly pressed.
After entering the car, the beep resumes. But sometimes also after entering the car the horn become beserk.
If you steal some car with alarm without trigger it before, there are no bugs.
I do need to rework the alpha claudes a bit. I been manually trying to get a spot off his head in one of them. I will keep trying different things with that texture. And make a better alpha claude. The beta Claude looks great and i plan to make a few more skins. The timecyc is pretty much as is in the alpha. The roads need retextured and i will need more cars.
However i wanted to make a fully playable beta edition thats customizable to preference. I dont see why not add more alpha content that can be placed aside In a folder to make this moreso an alpha mod. Re3 is so flexible in files but limited without cleo. i could add in coming updates more of both and have folders for beta or alpha
Drivers will not stop at redlights even if you are pedestrian not in car and off road they will go on red lights

Нет ни одного клео скрипта спидометра со стрелкой в вайсе! Весь инет перерыл! Многие видимо пытались реализовать, но безуспешно! Даже внося свои изменения, поправки в этот клео скрипт что здесь предлагается, так-же безуспешно! На san andreas спидометров со стрелками на клео скриптах зашкаливает за 200 разных вариантов! Туда добавили все под завязку что только можно, все возможности из 4 и 5 версий gta!
Спасибо за рецензию! Признаю, что с многими вещами я накосячил, однако, это всё таки проба пера, и мне ещё есть куда расти.
Касаемо первого минуса: возможно, ты прав. Можно было бы спокойно обойтись без новшеств DYOM IX 5.5, однако, я без него уже как без рук. Дальше буду преимущественно его использовать как базис, а "восьмёрку" для сторилайнов.
О слабой орфографии и пунктуации: да, тут есть над чем работать. Больше никаких комментариев не могу дать по этому поводу.
Что касается звукового сопровождения, то да, слабовато над ним поработал. В следующем DYOM-проекте я постараюсь не наступать на одни и те же грабли, и все сделать как надо. И, кстати, спасибо за совет использовать AudioFX oт SIZZZ'a! Поработав с ним, я убедился, что это — могучая штука, чуть ли не маст-хэв для современного DYOM-мейкера.
О геймплее: в описании было написано, что он далеко не казуальный. Всё же, хорошо, что ты указал на фиговый баланс. Тестируя миссии, меня также часто убивали, но это мной тогда воспринималось как должное. Среди тестеров был только я один, поэтому и не мог подозревать, что сложность, местами, запредельная.
На создание проекта меня вдохновил DRG770 и его миссии "Танкист Серёга" и "Киллер Шмиллер". А многие сюжетные события являются отсылками на Макса Пейна и на Нижний Интернет (в особенности, на историю Влада Савельева).

I literally Made Many Missions without Cutscenes, So Disappointing — Why you Are Calling this Version as Stable?
Missions on MM, have Always Few Downloads than DYOM because, of Its Size... That many People can't afford to Play a Custom Mission. The Size of DYOM is less than a MB and Original MM was also less than 100 MB. Now, its Size is Huge as it Comes with Original GTA SA Copy — Which is also Illegal im Terms of Piracy.
Things to Fix:
. Cutscenes
. Dont Come with Game, only Mod
. Simple Objectives like DYOM to Save a Time
. Make it Beginners Friendly

A remaster is supposed to be just the original gun just improved to a point where it feels new, when you look a remastered gun from the side you'll probably never finds difference, but geometrically the author may have made improvements it's not just alt_99, I guess look up the meaning of remaster.
If you still deny this fact I will show you the difference of a normally ported VC stubby and alt_99's stubby
