go to dlc.rpf > data > vehicles.meta then go to the line <audioNameHash> and put the name of any Vanilla car you want the sound from. If you want it to sound like the Jester (for example), it should look like that :

Hey, I love the mod it makes the game have more realism, but I'm just suggesting can you like make us pay money to get our car back, like pay the cops at the entrance and we will be able to get our impounded car.

Just try it, if it dosen't work with saves and need to start a new game then tell me i will update.

Это когда у тебя 1.0.1 Steam версия, или ниже. Для ModLoader, SAMP-а, и другой херни нужно скачать gta_sa.exe 1.0 US версии.

I have no idea. This is the same file I uploaded years ago but I only modified the .ini for it to not use some splash effects on a boat. I messaged the moderators for them to unlock the file but if they don't answer I will just upload the .ini as an update since its the only thing that is needed to update.

For now, if you wish to manually update, go to FxsFuncs folder and open the .ini and change the following lines:
