Thank you for your comment, I would suggest informing yourself better next time before spreading misinformation, no need to be passive aggressive. In spite of this, some explanations need to be provided, thus:

To clarify some thinks for everyone:
- was this mod inspired by it? Yes.
- is it the same mod? No.
- how is it any different from his version?

1. His version suggested that the mod relied on GitHub, connecting online to a server to operate. My version is completely offline, with custom config files within the modloder. Why did I do this? For fear GitHub might some day fail. Also, although it says in the .lua file that it is the "Final" version, I plan on adapting the mod to single player in the future;2. Dean’s version introduced an intriguing yet, in my opinion, needless function which enabled players from within the game to connect to another server. I did not include this feature at all, as when someone is changing between seasons, some visual bugs may occur due to Gta's memory limitations (I haven’t found a fix yet, and I have no idea whether his version has the same issue, I only know that mine does. That’s why I wrote in the README file that if a season contains too many files, the game may crash or display visual bugs);3. Another content creator and modpack enthusiast named Wade with which I contributed in the past also developed a similar mod that included a preview feature, which I found interesting, but its implementation was done poorly, and the overall design (large interface and overly saturated colors) wasn’t to my taste. What's more, his version was implemented using the exact same method Dean used, a reliance to GitHub.
In my archive there is a second version of the mod that comes with this feature, however, it only appears if you've selected a season, I wanted my version to be simplistic, functional and barely noticeable. So as a conclusion, for those still not satisfied with the proof provided:

- is the mod stolen? NO. It was done from the ground up, it is completely offline and uses config files to implement all in-game changes properly.

- was it inspired by someone else's work? YES. I saw the idea and immediately wanted to recreate the mod, however, I could not do it immediately as I did not know how to code, it took me 2 years to learn. Dean's version was created 2 years ago, Wade's last year and lastly mine, this year. I'm new to coding, I am still struggling, my version is definitely not perfect, it still has a lot of flaws which I want to fix in future updates and new additional stuff which I want to implement.

- should I have provided credit to the original creators? YES! You are right in this regard, I apologize for the inconvenience and to the original sources of inspiration:

Ох уж эти 30 фпс. Полно хороших игр в которые просто не хотелось играть из-за 30 фпс. AC Black Flag, Mafia 2, Dead Island. Имхо их нужно было сразу оптимизировать для приставок. Если ждать по 5 лет обновления, то в них уже играть не захочется.
