Na obb tem um arquivo chamado GTA3.img, só que você precisa usar de acordo com sua gpu, tipo ATC, UNC, PVR, DXT. um exemplo, GTA3_UNC.img aí vc entra nele com img Tool e substitui o player.dff e o player.txd , e testa no jogo

Regarding the storytelling: I overall like the story and characters but you must figure out how to do cutscenes or at least voices. The "silent movie"/comic book vibe is really killing immersion. Driving with characters in the car and nobody says anything just constantly reminds this is not "real" GTA and gets boring. The little bits of voiced lines at the start were really cool — not sure if it was AI generated but sounded ok. There must be a way to develop a process for making voices and cutscenes that can be easily streamlined so you can do it easily.
Also try to watch more 80s movies and replay the original vice city to get a vibe of the characters. It is a larger than life powerhouse story with epic over the top characters. In your dialogues at moments you go too soppy and contemporary with Lance like e.g. when he is discussing some cringe family psychology forever with Mercedes all the while you are squeezing in some cheesy pickup lines. An 80s black action hero especially a cool guy like Lance wouldn't do this soppy stuff. Yes he can show some emotion but only in key dramatic points in the story. Sort of like a greek tragic hero. Keep it short, smooth and punchy

Overall the work on the gameplay (outside the storytelling) is excellent considering it is a voluntary fan project.
Some notes on the gameplay:
-When driving fast the camera zooms out too much, even with the closest camera zoom setting. I like to see the car closer as it speeds up which is normal in GTA.
-Not sure why but the whole game seems a bit sped up compared to original vice city. Especially some of the action scenes seemed to speed up even more — it felt like playing in fast forward.

installing the "Model Variations" mod helped me.

I agree the dialogues are too long. It's like some 90s nintendo RPG or a silent movie or something. Yes it would take more work to do voice acting or quality AI voice dialogue — but it is definitely worth it for the immersion. Cutscenes and dialogue while driving is one of the key ingredients that makes GTA what it is.
And a lot of the lines were out of character for Lance. The lowest point for me was him discussing some cringe family psychology with Mercedes. That's something Lance or Mercedes would never do. The writers should watch more 80s crime movies and play the original vice city again to get the vibe of the characters.

не работает в настройках поставил ограничение кадров на 25-25 кадров получаю,выключаю ограничение кадров-плавают от 40-70 нажимаю p ничего не происходит появляется только надпись что 30 fps activated
