Dude. You need a clean install to download it. First download CLEO v2.1.1 on clean copy of vice city. Then put this mod files in the CLEO folder. it's mentioned in Readme

Можешь скачать мой мод на восстановленные текстуры неиспользуемого транспорта, там есть текстуры вертолётов, а Додо не летает ни в одной версии (PSP, PS2, iOS, Android), потому что у него не прописан код езды и полёта, только с чит девайсом на нём есть возможность полетать

J'adore ce genre de projets bravo. Je ne connais pas assez gta1 (j'ai commencé par découvrir le 2 début des années 2000) et porter l'intégralité du jeu en mod pour san andreas serait génial (mais long). Le système des gangs pourrait même être adapté étant donné qu'il y en a 3 par villes. La carte en 3d peut être extraite, il faudrait la retravailler. Lee personnages et véhicules prendraient peut-être le plus de temps. Si jamais quelqu'un sait si il existe déjà un projet de ce genre en route.
hi, i have a question, how i can remove the spawn of the jetpack? like i want to remove the bind (J) because i dont like it, i feel like im cheating lol (the mod is great and 10/10, but is a little uncomfortable pressing J in a mission and spawn a jetpack xd)

Dude, what's really missing now is a mod to save your own car because when the game comes out it will already be tuned instead of depending on a garage because there are houses that don't have one. There are a lot of cool cars now

Во первых тебе нужна апк игры с вшитым клео, её на этом сайте можно скачать. Потом ты устанавливаешь игру используя клео апк а не обычную. После тебе надо будет распаковать все файлы архива в папку гта са которая находится в android/data

Get this freaking mod! its too much fun and one of the things i wish they put and kept in the original. thanks to the dev! truly great stuff!
i cant say i am a fan of this mod, but the taxi feature is kinda handy for my machinimas. otherwise, the cab doesnt actually follow directions or go to the destination you tell it to. it just... drives. which is kinda helpful if you just want to sit back with a joint and put on the ps2 cinematic view and chill. otherwise everything else in the mod takes away from the immersion in my opinion.
would be better if you could save the races you make and include an red circle to start the race!
Что делать, если все фиолетовое на экране, в пикселях. Нашел в файле багфикс, но он там ничего не понятно, что нужнго сделать( несколько раз игру перезапускал, сворачивал — разворачивал, не помогло)

you know ive been using this with both cleo from the 1.08 front end and the latest one (cleo 2.0.8 with aml and fmfl) and ive havent seen it break once. i was even considering using the mod for making scenes for my machinimas (yes i will credit you in the end credits of the series if i do use it). it hasnt crashed one time! what version are you people using? any why not state that when you complain?
Add the cleo folder in the your main phone menu ( you know the place where there is the download folder /android folder Others folders) it comes with the obb file
The install the game apk file with then go to (Settings /apps/ the game/) and allow permission to your files then open the game
Yes im still going to showcase it for you, but maybe you should host the video on your youtube. ill create one and let you know when its done. just know that my san andreas might not look like everyone else's
ok I have officially tried it and i am impressed. it didnt crash the game, most of the scenes are enjoyable and the (somewhat) random weather made me feel like i was watching a san andreas documentary or something. if anyone is like me and smokes a joint while playing, light on up and put this mod on. total chill shit. BUT one suggestion (2 the dev only)... take out the area 69 or make it off the property so we dont get stars when the show is over
