Restored Unused Peds only restores the peds and adds some cut/beta pedestrians.. like beta GSF members and two guys from Texas.. All i know about "Helmet Mod's are for CJ.. The idea looks great but i found it little bit "personal" so i don't think i will add this mod for my future update..
As i explained below i did the same modification for the "Breaking the Bank at Caligulas" mission. I've also made a small improvement for "OG Loc" mission. I'm going to add Deputy Chief for "Against All Odds" and maybe for "Small Town Bank" missions.. and off course i have a lot of missing mouth movements that needs some small finishings.. I'm planning to complete all of them tomorrow and update this content one more time.
I looked about this mod, I think it would be interesting to add a lot of simple works where you really make money. So far I'm busy with another mod, but I think I'll do what you described after it. Thanks!
The mod is wonderful, however, in the Burglary mission, the B' dup apartment's next door has two ENEX units, one from the mod and another from the game. conflict reported on Mixmods' Discord server.

If I remember correctly, the Restored Unused Peds mod came with a file to make this mod compatible with the Helmet mod, making the added peds wear helmets when riding motorcycles. Just an idea for a future update to add the Helmet mod and having the Restored unused Peds mod work with it.

это стандартная для старых windows ошибка "нештатного завершения", со временем microsoft переписала систему уведомлений о сбоях и в новых версиях windows этой ошибки уже нет. но я помню, что решал эту проблему и в последствии старался больше не трогать решения, на которые старые windows могли так ругаться. возможно мне не всё удалось учесть, а возможно дело в конфигурации конкретного ПО, к сожалению, регулярно проверять это на windows 7/8.1 возможности у меня больше нет. но если игра запускается, не вешает винду на выходе и выдает это окошечко лишь когда игра уже полностью закрылась — это, в принципе, не особо-то и проблема, вроде
найс сборка чел. 100000000000 ошибок при запуске и вылет после загрузки. Как так можно вообще накосячить? Устанавливал на абсолютно чистую и рабочую гта.

The mod is very heavy that's why it crashes, so it's best to use the essintials on a CLEAN version of GTA SA. And yes using "Storyline improvements" will conflict with my mod making the game crash more.
I wanna install it but is possible play the entire story without crashes? And if I add the mod Storyline Improvement will it conflict with the other mods you added?
if it doesn't work, best way is to put all the yft and meta files in OIV Packager which you can find from internet, and install directly into your gta 5 files
