Sounds like something is really fucked up in your game. But no one else reported such heavy problems. You can enable the „OnlyRawFeatures“ mode in the ini file, it‘s kind of a safe mode and will probably help. It provides less features but still more than old EHI. I don’t recommend using old EHI, it causes crashes and savegame issues. Read the important notes in the ReadMe for more information.
unlike gta 3 and vice city ultimate asi loader does not work as d3d8.dll or dinput8.dll in san andreas, you have to rename dinput8.dll to vorbisFile.dll (in san andreas ultimate asi loader works as vorbisFile.dll) only then it will work properly, if you have installed widescreen fix then vorbisFile.dll already comes with it but if you want to install the latest version of ultimate asi loader then download it from it's official website with the one named "Ultimate-ASI-Loader.zip" it's because san andreas is a 32 bit game and then rename dinput8.dll to vorbisFile.dll and it will work fine
ENTERIOR ICONS, CIVILIAN WEAPON AND CASH SYMBOLS STOP APPEARING WHEN THEY DIE... MISSION CORONAS ALSO STOP APPEARING AFTER A WHILE, ONCED ITS SAVED ON THE GAME... AND THE ENTERIORS ARE STILL NOT COMPLETE AND ARE NOT ALL OPEN COMPARED TO THE FIRST CLASSIC EHI.
I could manage to add missing mouth movements for "Intensive Care" and "High Noon" missions. I also have some nice improvements for "Intensive Care" mission.

This project incorporates two excellent PC mod packs: ROSA Envolved and Project Brightened.
The effects remain the same as those used in the first AML Extended version, but I've added other effects that users can activate from the XKIloader menu.
This is the most complete version I will release.
User, use XKIloader. You'll find an extra folder with that name; add your files there to avoid damaging the game. If you're sure your modifications work, you can add them permanently by importing in the traditional way.
If you're going to use this project to edit and publish on your social media, please don't forget to include the appropriate credits for where you got it and the creator's channel. I'll be grateful and continue to provide support.

1. You probably installed the old version. Install the newest. (v1.1 Tunable) 2. If you installed, you probably forgot some datas of the car that allows modifications. IE, the shopping.dat, carmods.dat 3. If not, try changing IDs of the parts. (data/maps/veh_mods/au_mods)

Этот мод не работает в целом, в loader2.txt файле вообще указаны неправильные пути для нахождения col, ipl, и ide. Ну что это такое? Пропускают какие-то ломанные моды сюда, и никто не может починить тоже их, я сам щас пытался в итоге не удалось в целом, игра даже крашит на чистой гта
