I hade the same problem did you edit the game Resolution? For some reason the game will glitch if you changed the resolution there is a ini file at main game folder which contains the game Settings delete it and open the game that will reset the game setting I hope it works

Could be prelighting issue, afaik, prelighting issues are related with the dff files, found any fix for this mod?

Ну разумеется, если у него был конфликт с братом — он не станет это выносить в публичное поле.
Но тот факт, что он какое-то время посвятил сценарию GTA6, говорит о том, что, как минимум, на еще одну игру его бы хватило.
Так что, "усталость" — лишь одна из причин. А конфликт, скорее всего, всё же был (вспоминаем еще историю с запиской в RDR2). А вот с кем? Это вопрос. Скорее всего, прежде всего с Take2 (поскольку, именно они не одобряли его видение), а с братом — как сопутствующий конфликт (возможно, Сэм поддержал Take2, либо наоборот — Take2 поддержали видение Сэма).

it conflicts with the properfixes. is there a workaround or something i don't do right? I tried messing with modloader priority, no luck there. It says: fastman92 error 0x534134 model 17475 does not have a loaded collision.
I spotted this line: "17475, cuntwland60b_tr, cuntwlandwest, 299, 68" in Proper Fixes/Map/data/maps/country/countryW.ide. Not sure what to do with that though.

then you create a dlc pack with the model name of the car
after this you open the dlc.rpf with openIV
then you spam on data until you reach the "vehicle" directory
there you have to insert the texture
then you go back to the home page and click on common until you reach where there's also the handling file, you bring every .meta file in that folder
after you go to levels, than gta 5, then you replace the vehicle.meta wich is already there with the one you have in the mod folder.
After every past step you finished and you gotta just get the mod on the game
