Yes, I'm gradually doing this for all the cars in the game, and I've now finished with all the sports cars. This update is already available for download. I'm currently working on the street racing cars.
I believe this mod does not conflict with other animation mods. However, if it does cause any conflicts with some of them, I’ll be more than glad to fix it.

Hey modder, its been a long since you've updated this file, and there are some or maybe say several bugs and glitches. Like at one point the game will surely crash while playing... plus also in the previous updates some cars have extra lights like fog lights.. which are actually working. But in the current those are missing.. and also some missions have a lil bit glitches like.. sweets girl mission.. when there is a cutscene of sweet trapped wid his girl.. it doesn't show.. only we can see cj was in phone.. plus the cutscene is not skippable..i hope you'll fix this.. cauzz the main problem is the game's crash issue.. please fix that... We have the full support towards you...
I've never seen Carcer City completed in the Underground mod (version 4.2). Maybe it's more advanced in Project Eagle, but my computer constantly crashes after 5 minutes with this mod, so I've never had time to see what it looks like now.
i dont think so, by the way, i dont think this version is outdated, can you drop link to your version of sky box or the link where you downloaded it from, so i can compare it with mine

Do you think it would feel more natural if completing Paramedic missions gave gradual, permanent bonuses? For example, finishing them on the first island could unlock infinite sprint, the second island could give +25 max health, the third another +25 The same idea could apply to Vigilante missions: the first island could add +6 police bribes at hideouts, the second and third islands could each add +25 armor, and reaching 100% completion could grant an extra +50 armor and health.

Tried to run it, but I can't. Tried with 1.0 steam version and with 1.0 hoodlum version, in both cases game crashes before I even start playing. Steam version crash before main menu, hoodlum version crash on loading screen, after I click new game.
Home Brains external script has been activated. Basketball minigame has been unlocked at the beginning of the game. (You don't need to wait Tagging Up Turf) The so called "Basketball" glitch has been prevented. Yes.. Silentpatch prevents this glitch but i'm pretty sure that there is still some players who doesn't want to install Silentpatch or they never heard of it :)
There are still bunch of mouth movements needs to be added for various characters in various missions but unfortunately my approaches were all failed. I'm looking for a SCM expert to show me different examples so i can try and test it.

Thank you for your effort and enthusiasm! The mod is a good idea, but it's not quite finished yet, in my opinion. It's missing some sound when CJ takes a drag on a joint or sips from a bottle. I'd also add the ability to turn on a TV in the background and have CJ say various lines while he's sitting. All of this is needed to give it a finished look, like it was in GTA 5. I won't be installing it yet, but if you finish the mod, it'll become a must-have for me.
