Tive a brilhante ideia de modficar,e criar um gta favelas,demorei dias ,meses.e consegi.
Apesar de que testes foram feito rigorosamente.

voce conhece mod urbaniza.
pos e eu sofria com ele porque quando eu salvava o jogo ele travava ou tinha varios conflitos com oustro mods parecido.
um dia fiz o seguinte.
quando fui salvar,simplismente desativei ele no mod luader,e salvei,resumindo nunca mais tive problema.e quando entrava eu ativava e o jogo rodou normal sem nenhum problema.
entao essa e a dica estude os mod.

Yes, you would need any motorcycle that has paintjob support, like the one in the description, so if the vehicle has 3 paintjobs, add them in the ini and they should spawn.

To be honest... I STILL GET LOST in the country and some parts of other cities besides Los Santos... but yes you are right. THAT and a few more things.... one. I have the game in my pocket now. and two the game PLUS mods makes a whole different experience... In some "Builds" of the game, Ill be playing basket ball, and some pedestrian with a rocket launcher will pull up and end> (kill) CJ. and yes there is a secret/mystery still fully uncovered that all these babies missed. I aint telling and all who truly KNOW wont either. you also have to KNOW for the GTA 5 mystery also. anyways ill shut up now....

Ok, 1. you dont need to add/adapt those peds to the vehicles because sev1,sev2,sev3 and all others are a variation of the original/vanilla gang peds, so if fam1 drives a tuned savanna, the variations will be also, so you dont need to do that, you can test it yourself, you should only need to do that if you want the peds to drive the vehicle with different tunings or paintjobs or different vehicles but they need to be separate. 2. for the gangs spawning in different territory, I believe that was a ModelVariations problem which was fixed recently, check ModelVariations for update, also, clone remover ON could also make that problem worse.

Instalar TXD Tool
Descarga e instala TXD Tool en tu PC.
Sirve para abrir y convertir los archivos .txd que contienen las texturas del juego.
Localizar los archivos del juego
Ve a la carpeta de tu juego:
com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb
Dentro verás varios archivos .txd.
Abrir el archivo TXD
Selecciona el .txd que quieres modificar.
Ábrelo con TXD Tool.
Importar las imágenes
Haz clic en el “+” que aparece abajo a la derecha.
Selecciona “Uncompressed32bpp” como formato de importación.
Busca la carpeta donde tienes las imágenes del mod y selecciónalas.
Pulsa OK para que se agreguen.
Guardar los cambios
Guarda los cambios en el .txd.
Herramienta Cierra TXD.
Reemplazar la carpeta en el celular
Copia toda la carpeta com.rockstargames.gtasa de tu PC con las texturas nuevas.
Pégala en tu celular reemplazando el original para que funcione el mod.

I am having issue when using along with Proper gangs implementation by rixgeo, for example the Vagos spawn with cars in Aztecas's hood. I tried to remap them in the gangs_with_tuned vehicles.ini by model names making groups, still.

Чет не докачалось или система не поддерживает

жмуй без альфа канала (whith out alpha)
ставь галочки camnorm и хэш текстур,
не ставь галочку на уменьшение размера текстур (камнорм и так сам погоняет нужный мипмап).
и самое главное! перезаписать а не добавить!
это всё про блеск авто.
в идеале загугли "обзор ИИ" и разверни чат с ним.
и задавай любой вопрос. но, правильно задавай вопросы. удачи
