На сайт есть, оригинальные файлы игры, сохрани, сохранение и моды и если надо то текстуры в папку, все остальное удали, скачай оригинальные файлы игры, распакуй по своим местам и загружай свои текстуры,моды,сохранение в Нужные папки

Установка Modloader: 1 где взять папки data, gta3img, models? 2 где взять файлы и папки cleo, ImVehFt, VMPEditor.asi, VSAConfig.ini? Вы в курсе, что этого всего в архиве нет?
А если содержимое тупо в Modloader скинуть — тогда часть транспорта без колёс катается
