By a chance do you know if NPC's waiting at the bar (being served by the bartender) are supposed to have drinks? Or has it always been empty?
I can't seem to find anything online that directly addresses this and I want to make sure there isn't something on my side that I messed up. But if you don't know don't worry about it, the mod works where it should and that's all I can ask for :D
Разочарование... смотрел прохождение трахеры на стриме, и мне было по человечески жалко его. Потратили час стрима в никуда! На протяжении всего проекта не было ни одной шутки, атмосферу искусственно пытаются сделать депрессивной. Проект пытается в философию, но у него это не получается. Большая часть миссий состоит из скучнейших покатушек из точки А в точку Б, а вконце вообще так предлагают на джетпаке перелететь всю карту, чем конечно же никто не будет заниматься. Остальная же часть проекта — скучные перестрелки в заезженных интерьерах (как можно было понять маппинга в проекте нету). В результате мы имеем безвкусный проект, о идеи которого даже не хочется думать, потому что миссии не оставили никаких впечатлений (хотя я сомневаюсь что автор вообще что то пытался донести этими миссиями).
the mod replace several stuff but doesn't fix anthing, it will make all the strippers go away to be replaced by fam1/fam2 which was disgusting so uploader should warn "warning this mod will make the game extremelly gay" which is the truth.
this is a troll mod, faggot mod since this will make all the strippers in the game to be changed by fam skin which no one cares, better to ignore this and keep this removed since author clearly has that mental illness which we can ignore but is different if he is shoving down our throat shit we don't want.
I tried to convert it to an add-on, but I wasn't successful. The car appears, but I can't access it. I've converted many FIVEM cars to add-ons, but in this case, I don't know what's wrong. If someone could convert it and relaunch it, I would be very grateful. If you know which file or line of code I need to change to fix it, that would also be a huge help. Thanks!
I guess no, back to the 90s seeing people with camera was normal, specially in Tourist places like LV and you have the INI File so you can adjust it as you need , and about the flash you are right its not perfect but i'm using the organic way how peds use camera i didn't do anything on it, i'm still trying to understand the game, thank you bro
the next update maybe i will filter more peds like in the rural areas if you have any idea about peds making more reactions tell me

Привет, текстуру беру с оригинальной модели и начинаю добавлять всякие элементы на нее в фотшопе, фото рубашки и прочего беру из гугл картинок и прочих ресурсов. Фуражку взял с другой оригинальной модели и приделал вот эти веревки и наложил текстуру с эмблемой на саму модель, ну еще чутка переделал саму модельку фуражки

I don't know man but this FLA is really annoying. Only 2 language, only adjust stream memory. I know gta 3 engine is limit. But this fla is come close to useless man. People want game lock 30fps because framelimiter is bullshit in the game. No one wanna play 20fps and 60fps for that game. They want 30fps. I also try patch cleo for this fla more easily to use. Now i try to fix language problem. You know how to patch but u don't know how to fix/ convert/ optimize. I know GTA 3 is forgotten game. But you know this FLA is not enough to bring the game vibe back. People will play on PS2 emulator and feel better than play on Android. Engine write for weak device 2011 and it like shit. Sorry my Bad eng.
-When CJ gets too far away from the ghost, have it automatically teleport some distance away from him to incentivize CJ to keep moving. In my gameplay she often gets stuck in places like the open graves in LS, and you can pretty much outrun her in most cars.
-A method to "Banish" the Ghost during the chase. My proposal would be to have the player find a very specific tombstone, bring a flower item to it, and press a Key to interact with it, put the ghost to rest, and end the chase before 6AM. If you have other ideas, that's also good.
-Move the Vinewood Cemetery Spawn to inside the open mausoleum.
