To be honest i would love to add these to a "DLC Mod" im working on called "GTA 1996". The goal is to add in more content to GTA San Andreas in a tight clean package that updates the game to the year "1996" while adding new mini games, side missions, properties, a new gang wars system plus implementation of gang wars to the whole state instead of just Los Santos, and a New Radio station mostly host by yours truly "HollowTitan", all while doing its best not to take away from the original game in any ways. I will be watching to see how this mod improves.

Пора бы уже наконец прислушаться к аудитории и убрать ненужные файлы по типу простреливаемых колёс и лобовух, вращающуюся камеру в машине, а также тот музон, который всрался исключительно тебе. Предполагалось, что классик эдишн будет нацелен на небольшое графическое и техническое улучшение. Но по итогу из ГТА 3 ты сделал какую-то ГТА СА.
Возвращаясь к техническому вопросу, хочу отметить, что при попытке удалить файлы про ранее перечисленные колёса и лобовуху попросту не запускается миссия «Ограбление фургона». Вернув эти файлы, миссия проходится, но сразу после неё идёт миссия «Шофёр Сиприани», где после кат-сцены машина не выезжает из гаража Джоуи. И это надо догадаться свернуть игру, зайти в неё обратно и нажать на F, так как оказывается, что Клод в машину-то и не сел даже.
ГТА 3 — это очень простая игра в техническом и резвая в геймплейном плане. Но ты умудрился сломать эти два пункта ненужными нововведениями (я опять же про колёса и лобовуху, которые я не могу удалить и из-за которых игра стала проходиться медленнее, хотя ни на ПК, ни на мобилке и ни на ПС этого не было). Ты настолько хотел изменить самую простую ГТА, что усложнил прохождение десяткам игроков. К примеру, Вайс Сити К.Э. я обожаю, потому что там ты по-настоящему сделал то, что задумывал.
Я не из тех комментаторов сверху, которые воевали с тобой 4 года назад, я лишь хочу донести, что этой игре не нужны такие изменения. И если, читая это, ты думаешь, как бы мне ответить, чтобы я заткнулся, то, ну хз, видимо, я не смог донести, что я имел в виду

It's nice to see this mod progressing but there are still missing stuff that need to be added.. - You have to access to the second, third and fourth counters completely (Coordinates, Colors, Font, Outline) - You also need to acces to the GXT style "Winner $10000". You can find this style at ":CPRACE" mission script. - According to this mod the Helpbox's Font Color is white but it's not seperated from the box so it looks like light grey. You guys should consult with JuniorDjjr for this and the counters above. - I advise you to show the "Trip Skip" when the players pressed "H + 8" or "H+ 9"
Hello/Privyet.. Sorry about the late reply. It's obviously makes sense to come across these vehicles because the game designers decided to make these cars abandoned/kinda trashed. However..
I think you are asking this question because of my car generator CLEO script. If you would like to change these car models "externally" you can make yourself another CLEO script with using the same coordinates and angles.
If you would like to get a "permanent/internal" solution you have to extract the initiated binary "stream.ipl" files from your "gta3.img", decompile them with an exe tool/online tool, edit the "cars" section, compile them, put them into your "gta3.img" and rebuild the img archive.
Editing the coordinates are the same but setting the car angle is confusing. I only advise you to change the model and maybe the "force spawn" values and not touch the car angle and the coordinates.
I saw your reply on GTAForums.. I'll reach you from there for more informations..
The mod causes constant crashes in various situations.
There's also another major problem: the mod doesn't replace the radar but rather overlaps it. This makes mods like "More Radar Icon" and others that affect the radar's environment incompatible.
For a future update, you could also implement a configurable .ini file to adjust its functional aspects.
To get better feedback, you could post the mod in the Mixmods Discord group.
