Yes, you would need any motorcycle that has paintjob support, like the one in the description, so if the vehicle has 3 paintjobs, add them in the ini and they should spawn.

Ok, 1. you dont need to add/adapt those peds to the vehicles because sev1,sev2,sev3 and all others are a variation of the original/vanilla gang peds, so if fam1 drives a tuned savanna, the variations will be also, so you dont need to do that, you can test it yourself, you should only need to do that if you want the peds to drive the vehicle with different tunings or paintjobs or different vehicles but they need to be separate. 2. for the gangs spawning in different territory, I believe that was a ModelVariations problem which was fixed recently, check ModelVariations for update, also, clone remover ON could also make that problem worse.
I actually prefer the 256*256 texture style of the old GTA Rockstar, and I'll give it another hand, but is my first clothing work, and I should pay attention to it later.

жмуй без альфа канала (whith out alpha) ставь галочки camnorm и хэш текстур, не ставь галочку на уменьшение размера текстур (камнорм и так сам погоняет нужный мипмап). и самое главное! перезаписать а не добавить! это всё про блеск авто. в идеале загугли "обзор ИИ" и разверни чат с ним. и задавай любой вопрос. но, правильно задавай вопросы. удачи

pretty cool mod to play when bored! tho that first 2 missions were boring the rest were interesting! but there are some bugs
--after killing ballas/vagos the red marker stays on the dead people. and also on the map. and on the third mission i believe where you have to sling back the ballas the destination markers still appear after the mission. but its fixed if you load a diffrent save.--
