actually the latest on the AML website is better. just installed it. NO more crappy lag and slow FPS
even after removing the things the readme said to and installing.... yeah... this is crap... thankfully i made a backup.
the newest version on the website works best. im getting 30 fps on a crappy tablet that is modded to hell and back.
Meh.... the two seconds of shooting was the only thing that made it feel like vice city.
nobody at night and half of the mods abilities do not work.... counter balance with the "traffic jam" mod
I can report back and say no. because i doesnt work. with or without AML, FLA, FLM, and anything else you can think of.

In the original GTAforums thread of Storyline Enhancement, there was a mention that the reason the mod is broken is due to a phone call scrip in main.scm.
About a year ago I tried modifying the script and it actually worked. But the mod has more problems. For example in Grove Street, the money pickup is duplicated (it appears twice, but only one works).

Today i hit the "GYM" and did bunch of fixes and improvements..
- A tiny change has been applied for the "GYM" script. After answering the Sweet's GYM phonecall if enter the Ganton Gym and exit CJ was returning to the Gym. This issue is like a hit or miss. Sometimes it's happening sometimes not. I disabled the phonecall check. Let us hope that i solved that issue forever.
- After beating the trainer he was not moving his mouth. It has been fixed.
- The trainers missing dialogs (With instruction texts) has been added.
- Missing Verona Beach GYM icon has been restored. The icon is matching with the mod "More Radar Icons" from Junior_Djjr. You can keep the icon enable in this mod but i suggest you to disable it because this icon must be disabled during missions but this mod doesn't have this feature.
- Some Cane Pickups has been repurposed as Health Pickups and relocated to all hospitals.
This project has been completed. It's like an endless journey but i have to quit it. You are allowed to fix main.scm and script.img if you observe any mistakes or modify to enhance things.

Using someone else’s mod in its raw form and claiming it as your own — that’s about as low as you can possibly go. The real author spent time, effort, and honestly put his soul into this project, while you just pressed “Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V” and suddenly think you’re a modder. Sure, keep dreaming.
Stealing screenshots too? That’s another level. Do you at least install the game folder by yourself, or are you also waiting for someone else to do that for you?
I genuinely feel sorry for the real author, who shared alpha builds with people, hoping his work would be respected, not turned into a cheap knockoff for some likes and pocket change.

It's because you have alot of animation mods installed in game that have the ped.ifp file or it's because improved streaming mod there is an option in the ini file of the mod called preload anim disable it and hope it will fix
Thats how it looks in the WIP version. This guy just got the screenshots of the WIP version, but the mod he shares is not like that. Do not download it.
Please stop downloading this mod! Its a reupload. The more you download it, the less it will be completely fixed and released by the original author.
Please make a tutorial video, the rear lights and reverse light dont work even tho everything checked in green, make a new theres so many files and no steps or guides

It can be because of several reasons. Maybe you have an old version of CLEO or you redefine controls... You can take a screenshot and send it to me on Discord so I can see what's the problem.

i have a problem that the game is freezing every 5 minutes and then goes back to normal and crashes
Hi all, i did to install and get how inserting of songs work.Ok i get it it goes in atp folder and only in channal folders 1-12.Than scan on f7 and before that i have to enable displaying in ini or settings.Even than i sometimes have to change radio station to get radio on tasters near right shift.
So thats good for now.
Please am do this becouse saors stream manager mod breaking mod configuration option so i use this, Can you please tell me how to install radio streams in channel
