Yes. The number of desired peds in the current area is a bit higher than the ones you can see in popcyle, because the game has some more parameters to calculate that but in the end Improved Ped Spawn will dynamically follow your popcycle settings.

StartingTTH and MaxTTH work when I rewrite them, but the post-meal upload works intermittently! I'll have a drink. Sometimes I spend 4 hours on it, sometimes 6-8. Sometimes I fill up the values completely. While 2 hours are written on the drink. I've wanted a mode like this for a long time. Please write something. If you know about it. you don't need that you just need to hack the limits on exe itself, someone made one years ago and shared it he even explained how modern limit adjusters work vs his hack and sacky limit adjuster with his words "i still can't get to put konoha map, amegakure san fierro, akihabara map, tokio slum, akina, etc with modern limit adjusters like fla and open yet weirdly enough i can get all of that working easy with sacky limit adjuster with my old mod running far better compared to other that uses a modern solution which couldn't even get the whole downtown plus pier working since it crashed despite limits cranked up to 10 just putting akina + tokio slum was random crash so quite limited for something that removes the limits but everyone dropped sacky limit adjuster because the cried it wasn't compatible with modloader which isn't an issue if you want to mod"
Okay, does your modloader have the essential files installed like Silent Patch? I believe so since you have other mods. This is strange; with everything you've said, the mod should work perfectly. What do you think about searching for the GTA SA 1.0 US .exe on this site Misc C? Even if you're already using it, it might work by replacing the .exe again. I had a colleague who went through the same situation and the problem was solved by replacing it.
im gonna be honest the mod is lowkey dogshit, aside from the obvious hard work that goes into changing the atmosphere of the base game which is the good part, theres too much fantasy and anime elements into it which take away from the overall experience. not to mention the abysmal and eye burning amount of sakura trees. if you want a realistic japanese atmosphere play utagawa machi by zzpuma, a modder who is actually for the people and doesn't charge 70+ usd a month on patreon to fuel his fetish filled slop
The script searches for places where peds can spawn and creates them at those coordinates. Is the script based on the popcycle.dat file when spawning pedestrians?
The script already has English language support out of the box. All you need to do is switch the language in the menu. The menu itself opens with the "4" key. Additionally, there are hotkeys for the most frequently used functions, such as switching flight modes, resetting the target lock, and toggling waypoints.
The official GitHub page (link) includes documentation, also available in English You might be using an old version, as localization support was added quite a while ago (about a year back, maybe more).As for the text on the HUD itself—you can always switch to BETTY through the main menu, where everything is in English.
Regarding 2D and 3D, I try to make the version as close to real avionics as possible where feasible. But if you have suggestions on what can be fixed or improved, feel free to comment below, or even better—create an issue on the official GitHub page (link)

I developed Transparent Menu on a clean game install. I tested it multiple times before release and found no issues, but I might have missed something. Steam версия без даунгрейда не совместима с iCEnhancer 3.0, только игра 1.0.4.0 или 1.0.7.0. Хотя для 1.0.4.0 в архиве пропал dxvk.dll, перезалил исправленно.
It's just too expensive for mobile port of old game. Look at feral interactive's port, the do excellent jobs porting console/pc to mobile with reasonable price. This one need more optimization, the dynamic resolution suck so much
why does this mod causing fps drop from usually 30fps to 10-15 fps. im also using urbanize but before installing this mod with urbanize installed it still stay around 28 fps
