After trying it out, none of it works. Even when reinstalling, it's still like that. I don't know what the downside is?

There should not be anything in MP3\ folder except subfolders with MP3 files and
fld_hsr.dat (that's index file, don't touch it !) And don't create empty subfolders in MP3\
If you deleted anything — reinstall the mod.
MP3 folder should be placed in game's root folder, not modloader.

К большому сожалению, никак. Либо ты удаляешь полностью папку «mods», либо самому искать файлы, которые он заменил, и исправлять их.

задумка неплохая, но при приседе персонаж зачем-то поднимает вторую руку когда стреляет с любого оружия, для этого нужно было сделать анимацию держания одного оружия в двух руках, не только в приседе, но и в стойке!

With the sprint i mean that it uses the normal CJ Run animation, It runs like it normally would do but with an AK in one hand, just that

а сколько фпс на слабом пк с 2 гб озу и пентиумом на 2 ядра на этой карте? На гм констракт у меня к примеру 60-80 фпс с просадками.

Theoretically, I can understand how this could possibly happen. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I was unable to reproduce this behavior. Started a new game, spawned a weapon and found Ballas — nope, they're still got one gun, no matter when I switch to dual (before or after meeting them).

Very Nice mod
But if you toggle dual wield and any character has the same weapon it will be dual wield too,(example: if you use dual wield with the uzi, the ballas will have dual wield too) making the game a little bit more difficult.

И всё же было бы интересно конечно если бы можно было перенести pc именно графику и тд тоже самое что и с PS2 версий
