Well, the mod is good, but what I noticed is that when I buy properties in Las Venturas (hotel suites, houses, etc.), it crashes right in the part where we do the last tournament mission using the Hydra, and I have to use the mission skip cheat to advance (I should point out that one of the airplane racing missions in Las Venturas also can't be done).
you can make .dff of motorcycle but when enter claude sit like a car. really need animation and alot of config. So play GTA VC, SA, LCS just wait people make " gta 3 motocycle " on PC and wait someone port for android. GTA 3 is forgotten game. and Engine very limit. all i can do on gta 3 is retexture. mod is no hope. no FLA work like gta sa... lol
its very hard. Engine GTA 3 Have limit. You must have to re write engine. Or just make New Game GTA 3. Port From PS2, and you know how hard is it. RockStar create this game support for weak device at 2011 and its very very limit. the limb fall when you shoot the ped too. must re-write whole game. GTA 3 is forgotten. So just play Emulator or PS2. why make its hard? its gonna be easy now.
the delay was just to create artificial hype since will be as always a bad game with lot of glitches and obsolete graphics, i can even bet stellar blade looks better and plays better and even after gta VI release will still look better and play better. and is not rare at all is kinda normal tactic for rockstar, i remembered when i worked at a store and one of the shipments we received was gta chinatown wars for DS, due to the contract they forced on us we had to wait until take-two gave the OK! to put the games on display to sell them, in the end months before the games got even released we just simply dumped the game rom and released it spreading like wildfire which forced take-two to hurry the release so instead of their date it was released earlier due to everyone playing the game on emulators back then, i bet they have prepared a PC version but the so called insiders will never release it because they are afraid of being found even if the games have no security measures or DRM.
they have become more lazy just as their excuses, how can a small group would be profitable it makes no sense at all, this would be like saying "i see lot of PC being sold so is the future" and then going "why our games aren't selling at all, oohh yeahh is because of piracy so we have to put lot of drm that will cripple performance" when the reason is because no one sane will spend more money on a PC or spend 10 thousand dollars on a PC that will have just enough space to install Gta VI which seems the current standard of most companies.
it can run since is latest gen (even if sony fanboys claim otherwise as always) sadly the reason of delaying the game is to simply one of two reasons >waiting for sony to see if sony is going to make next gen console to compete with nintendo switch 2 >waiting for nintendo negotiations so they can release it on switch 2 those are the scenarios for delaying it and there is nothing else.
