It's because you have alot of animation mods installed in game that have the ped.ifp file or it's because improved streaming mod there is an option in the ini file of the mod called preload anim disable it and hope it will fix
Please make a tutorial video, the rear lights and reverse light dont work even tho everything checked in green, make a new theres so many files and no steps or guides

It can be because of several reasons. Maybe you have an old version of CLEO or you redefine controls... You can take a screenshot and send it to me on Discord so I can see what's the problem.

Hi all, i did to install and get how inserting of songs work.Ok i get it it goes in atp folder and only in channal folders 1-12.Than scan on f7 and before that i have to enable displaying in ini or settings.Even than i sometimes have to change radio station to get radio on tasters near right shift.
So thats good for now. Please am do this becouse saors stream manager mod breaking mod configuration option so i use this, Can you please tell me how to install radio streams in channel

(never mind but i was pack all radios from librety in one mp3 and vice city and need for speed with program www.joyoshare.com) i now lookout with Alci_s_SAAT_GUI_FrontEnd_1.0 tool to see is it posibile to insert real live radio stream (pls,m3u or just ip or ip:port))
Search how to use addon converter YouTube you change the name of file copy and paste that name into addon converter tool send it to a free file. Open the file drag the file make sure it has dlc within it into gta
Once done with that you go to open iv and add that name to dlc list now your done now change the sound of the car to a real sound
