Прошло много времени, но тебе повезло, у меня до сих пор установлена та модифицированная GTA SA. 
Я не помню откуда я скачивал MobileHud, но в modloader он у меня подписан как MobileHud New и в нём радар такой же как и в оригинале. Радар я изменял сам через hud.txd. У меня всё осталось с тех времён, поэтому если нужно, я могу дать свой hud.txd для modloader. Если конечно я опять не пропаду на пару лет.

Hello, There is texture missing or something like that here.
I am not sure, if this is from my side but I have tried to reinstall it multiple times and the results were same.
So... Can you Fix this?

If it's for an Modpack themed of GTA IV & V cars but adjusted to the game's time period; I'm open to gave you permission to use it, as long you give me the credits. It's good to know that someone understands my idea of fix this common issue related to the textures of some HD vehicles to match the game's atmosphere that were converted for it. BTW I also published some new Tanker liveries, not only for just oil tanker; but; also an single beer themed tanker to wrap it up for now.

This mod has a very important bug: pressing the T key displays the name of the car you're driving. This causes a crash when driving in the Kaufman taxis "taxi company missions" that appear during taxi missions, or the ones that appear inside the taxi company. This is a bug in the original SpaceEnstein mod and has been carried over into this new version.

De fato. As vezes tento compensar as texturas muito modernas dando uma segurada nos detalhes dos 3D, mas fazer algo que fique no meio termo de "sa style e Gta V style" de forma que não agrida o visual do jogo é complicado. Mas ando tendo sucesso com os novos mods. Salvei suas texturas no meu pc para usar futuramente em um mod que pretendo trazer em breve, se você aceitar obviamente, pois gostei muito das texturas.

Если стоит мод IV Higher Resolution Miscellaneous Pack (Разные объекты в лучшем разрешении) https://libertycity.ru/files/gta-4/216530-raznye-obekty-v-luchshem-razreshenii.html, то просто удали файл weapons_HQspec.img из папки GTAIV/update/Ash_HiRes_Misc.

Вообще я считаю, что хорошие и годные моды и их авторов поощрять лайком надо автоматом...
Такая же ерунда, на чистой Steam версии требовала диск при запуске GTA-Rus.exe .
Проблему решил при помощи Silent patch, как ни странно. Теперь всё запускается.

That's the advantage to have learn graphic design; in how creative are each of these vintage/3D era logos to make it lore-friendly, some of them are downloaded from GTA Wiki, ONLY the case if those fonts were in-house made by Rockstar, and others were made from scratch by myself, by using the actual fonts used on each logo. I made those liveries, because I love to combine GTA SA with GTA IV & V's cars, but, when it comes to the trailers, one of the things that bugs me the most; were those modern liveries that clashes in-between with the already stablished companies from the 3D universe with an specific design. This idea of overhaul with vintage liveries, it came with the lack of interest of the community of not fixing or replacing the XERO Gas tanker liveries that clashes with the already existed XOOMER gas stablishments. And the few ones that fix this particular lore-clash in existing, are pretty low; specially when it comes to edit the Xoomer gas station with Xero's liveries; they're either made with low effort or they don't cover every single Xoomer Gas station at all.
Gostei como fizeram as texturas do próprio Gta San Andreas de forma HD com traços de velho para colocar nos reboques. Até então só havia o mesmo mod com texturas de logísticas do Gta V. Trazer os mesmos reboques com texturas de logísticas do Gta San Andreas foi algo inédito!
