Модификация улучшает Ghost Town и делает его доступным через 2 туннеля в Shoreside Vale.
В Ghost Town было добавлено:
- Небольшой аэропорт;
- Заправочная станция;
- Большой лес;
- Сад;
- Ангар;
- Вилла Каталина;
- Рестораны;
- Банк;
- Другие здания.
Пешеходы появляются на тротуарах в этом районе, но автомобили здесь не появляются.
Как установить мод:
Первый шаг:
Откройте файл gta3.img, который можно найти в папке "models" (которая находится в вашем
корневой папке gta3) с помощью IMG Tool (найдите и скачайте эту программу через Google)
С помощью IMG Tool добавьте все DFF-файлы из папки "DFF files" в файл gta3.img.
Добавьте также TXD-файлы из папки "TXD files" в файл gta3.img, с помощью IMG Tool.
Теперь откройте с помощью IMG Tool файл txd.img, который также можно найти в папке "models".
И добавьте TXD-файлы из папки "TXD files" в файл txd.img.
Затем закройте IMG Tool, перейдите в папку "data" (которая находится в корневой папке gta3)
Поместите файл "gta3.dat" в эту папку и откройте папку "maps".
Поместите папки "comse", "landne", "landsw" и "ulti" в папку "maps". Если запросит замену,
нажмите "да".

- Hangar;
- Villa Catalina;
- Restaurants;
- Bank;
- Other buildings.
Pedestrians on the sidewalks appear in this area, but no cars appear here.
How to install the mod:
First step:
Open the gta3.img file which can be found in the "models" folder (that one can be found in your
gta3 root folder) with an IMG Tool (Google to find and download that program)
Using a IMG Tool, add all the DFF files from the "DFF files" folder into the gta3.img file.
Add also the TXD files from the "TXD files" folder into the gta3.img file, with a IMG Tool.
Now open with a IMG Tool the txd.img file, which be also can found in the "models" folder.
And add the TXD files from the "TXD files" folder into the txd.img file.
Then close the IMG Tool, go to the "data" folder (which can be found in your gta3 root folder)
Place the "gta3.dat" file into that folder, and open the "maps" folder.
Place the "comse", "landne", "landsw" and the "ulti" folders into that "maps" folder. if it ask for replacement,
then press yes.
